Refund rules and conditions
Refunds at the initiative of the participant, for reasons other than forced return, are carried out in accordance with the Rules and conditions for the return of the tickets, season tickets, excursion vouchers and re-registration of personalized tickets and personalized excursion vouchers for other persons for entertainment events held by performing arts organizations and museums in the case of a visitor's refusal to attend them, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 18, 2020 No. 1491 (clauses 4-16 of the Refund Rules).
